1. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- 2-Day Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days. The cost for 2-day shipping is $23.99, with an additional $1 for each extra item.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day. The cost for overnight shipping is $59.99.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other external factors may cause shipping delays. Bayou Tool is not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with any issues that arise.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@bayoutool.net or 985-992-3017. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Bayou Tool is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
